Check with the Montgomery Regional Airport’s Customer Service and Visitor Center for up-to-date information on flight status and baggage issues. Visitors may also visit the center for information on local attractions, hotels, restaurants, taxi and shuttle services, and more.

Games and cards for children and adults may be checked out at the Customer Service and Visitor Center while waiting for flights.

Traveling with Disabilities/Wheelchair Access

Montgomery Regional Airport is dedicated to providing all customers with a pleasant travel experience. Services and facilities to assist passengers with disabilities are provided throughout the terminal building.

• All entry and exit doorways feature oversized automatic doors designed to allow wheelchair access.
• Airlines provide wheelchairs and luggage assistance for special needs passengers.
• Elevators are conveniently located on in the terminal and gate areas for departing passengers and arriving passengers. The elevator in the main terminal is located in the west vestibule and the elevator in the passenger unloading gateway is located next to the escalators going down from the second floor to the first floor.
• All restrooms feature large door-less entryways for easy access and have at least one stall equipped for special needs guests.

Restaurants at Montgomery Regional Airport offer a variety of fresh and flavorful meals, drinks and goodies for travelers, family and friends.

Gift Shop

Located in Montgomery Muggs. Open 5 a.m. – 9 p.m.

Lounge

Pass the time waiting on a flight or a friend at our very own Flight Lounge. The Flight Lounge offers a relaxing atmosphere with TVs tuned to the latest news, sports and weather. Cocktails are also available. Open 10:00 am - 9 pm

Ambassador Program

The Montgomery Airport Authority has begun recruiting for a volunteer program called the Airport Ambassadors. Many airports nationwide support their customer service efforts by recruiting volunteers to serve as roving "information booths" with each one able to answer questions about both the airport and community. For many travelers, the Airport is their first impression of the River Region area, and we want to make it a positive one. The Montgomery Regional Airport is looking for energetic and outgoing volunteers to provide southern hospitality and meet, greet and assist passengers during their travel experience through Montgomery. Montgomery Regional Airport Conference and Reception Rooms

The Montgomery Regional Airport offers various size meeting rooms for any type of meeting or event you are planning. Whether you need space for a quaint, reflective family gathering, a small or large business meeting or conference, an association luncheon or an after-hours reception, the airport can accommodate your needs. Business Center

The Montgomery Regional Airport Business Center offers multiple private desk seating with complimentary high speed Internet connections, dial-up access and electrical outlets in a quiet area of our terminal.

Complimentary WiFi Internet access is also available in the Business Center and throughout the terminal.

Baggage Carrier Rentals/SmartCarte

Baggage carrier rentals available through SmarteCarte® located in baggage claim.

Lost & Found

The Airport Police Department is responsible for procuring safety and security required to support the operations of the Montgomery Regional Airport. The Airport Police Department is also responsible for the distribution of security badges for airport employees and tenants.
